Cancellation Policy

At ABAROA Premium Nautical Services, we are committed to delivering a seamless, professional, and high-end experience across all our services. Please review our general reservation policy below: Booking & Confirmation All services must be reserved in advance. A booking is only confirmed once the required deposit has been received. Availability is not guaranteed until confirmation. Payment Terms A deposit is required to secure all bookings. The remaining balance must be paid prior to the scheduled service unless otherwise agreed in writing. Cancellations & Refunds Cancellations must be made in advance. Refund eligibility depends on the timing of the cancellation and the nature of the service. Last-minute cancellations may be non-refundable due to operational commitments. Modifications Any changes to confirmed services must be requested in advance and are subject to availability. Additional charges may apply. Operational Conditions All services are subject to operational conditions, including weather, port regulations, and third-party availability. Adjustments may be made to ensure safety and service quality. Third-Party Services Some services may involve third-party providers (e.g., marinas, shipyards, catering). While we coordinate and manage these services, ABAROA is not responsible for delays or issues beyond our control. Client Responsibility Clients are responsible for providing accurate information and complying with all safety and operational guidelines. Failure to do so may affect service delivery. Delays & No Shows Delays or failure to appear at the scheduled time may result in reduced service time or cancellation without refund. Liability ABAROA Premium Nautical Services is not liable for unforeseen circumstances, including weather conditions, mechanical issues, or external factors affecting service delivery. Agreement By confirming a booking, the client acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions.
