At ABAROA Premium Nautical Services, our Beginner Nautical Training program is designed for individuals with little to no experience in the maritime industry who are looking to build a solid foundation and confidently take their first steps into the world of yachting. This program is ideal for ‘green’ candidates who want to gain essential knowledge and practical skills before joining a professional crew or pursuing formal certifications. Rather than starting from zero, our training prepares you with the fundamentals needed to stand out and integrate more easily into a working vessel environment. Participants are introduced to key areas of onboard operations, including basic silver service, hospitality standards, and guest interaction, as well as essential deck work such as line handling, cleaning procedures, safety awareness, and general vessel maintenance. Our approach combines hands-on guidance with real-world insights, ensuring that every participant gains both confidence and practical understanding. Beyond technical skills, we emphasize professionalism, work ethic, and the standards expected within high-level nautical operations. This not only helps participants perform better but also increases their chances of securing crew positions in a competitive industry. Please review our general reservation policy below: Booking & Confirmation All services must be reserved in advance. A booking is only confirmed once the required deposit has been received. Availability is not guaranteed until confirmation. Payment Terms A deposit is required to secure all bookings. The remaining balance must be paid prior to the scheduled service unless otherwise agreed in writing. Cancellations & Refunds Cancellations must be made in advance. Refund eligibility depends on the timing of the cancellation and the nature of the service. Last-minute cancellations may be non-refundable due to operational commitments. Modifications Any changes to confirmed services must be requested in advance and are subject to availability. Additional charges may apply. Operational Conditions All services are subject to operational conditions, including weather, port regulations, and third-party availability. Adjustments may be made to ensure safety and service quality. Third-Party Services Some services may involve third-party providers (e.g., marinas, shipyards, catering). While we coordinate and manage these services, ABAROA is not responsible for delays or issues beyond our control. Client Responsibility Clients are responsible for providing accurate information and complying with all safety and operational guidelines. Failure to do so may affect service delivery. Delays & No Shows Delays or failure to appear at the scheduled time may result in reduced service time or cancellation without refund. Liability ABAROA Premium Nautical Services is not liable for unforeseen circumstances, including weather conditions, mechanical issues, or external factors affecting service delivery. Agreement By confirming a booking, the client acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions.
